FOP Lodge 15 is a registered Not-For-Profit 501(c)(8) Fraternal organization (EIN: 36-4261823) funded by its members, sponsors, and donors like you. Donations to the lodge will be used for charitable purposes as defined by IRC 170(c)(4). Check out our Causes page to see some of the organizations we support. Lodge 15 does NOT use telemarketing as a means of fundraising for our organization. Some other local lodges in the state still use telemarketing for their fundraising efforts but be mindful of telephone solicitation scams that use the Fraternal Order of Police name. Legitimate lodges will be happy to provide you any information you ask for to determine the legitimacy of their fundraising campaign. If you believe you have received an illegitimate request, please contact the Illinois Attorney General's Office of Consumer Fraud in Chicago at 800-386-5438.
Our Lodge may only accept donations from within the Village of Romeoville to maintain compliance with Article 19, Section 8 of the National Constitution.
